The Happiest Place in Hong Kong

May 9, 2013 6:00 pm

After spending most of the afternoon hanging out with Big Buddha, we decided to go to Disneyland. We took the subway to the end of the line and waited for the Disney train to come. It was covered in Mickey heads!

I was really excited about going to Disneyland because I have never been to a Disney park back in the States.

As soon as we entered the park, we noticed the crowds had gathered for the parade so we waited around for that to begin. It was really enjoyable.

We found that the food was much cheaper at Disneyland Hong Kong than it would be at an American theme park and it was really tasty and they gave you pretty large portions!

My favorite part of the park was the Toy Story Land. It was adorable…

Even though we didn’t have a lot of time to explore the park, we really loved our visit to Hong Kong Disneyland!

  1. We had a great time there was well. Katrine even got to dance with the bouncing Tiggers.

  3. We are huge Disney fans and have visited in the states and overseas, but never in Hong Kong. I love the mix of Disney with the Asian culture.

    1. Yeah. My favorite part was the food, I think. Really neat eating noodles and curries instead of fried foods!
